Understand what the aquarium planner shows.
The diagrams summarize recorded attributes and rule outputs. They help explain a plan; they do not prove that a pairing is safe.
Swimming zones are preferences, not certainty.

Fish colors, shape, position and swimming are artistic approximations, not a photograph, scale model or proof of compatibility. See the separate adult-size ruler and safety findings.
Every selected animal is illustrated individually. Swimming zones are approximate; colors, species depictions, current and plant movement do not change compatibility decisions. Flow: moderate.
Seeing fish in one zone does not establish conflict. Seeing them in different zones does not establish safety.
Water overlap and adult-size comparisons
Water overlap
Recorded temperature ranges. The outlined band is their common interval; overlap alone does not establish safe cohabitation.
Shared interval: 72–77 °F.
Panda Corydoras + Honey Gourami: reviewed as temperature-managed/conditional. Aim around 73–75 °F; 76–77 °F is still within the published overlap but is the Panda's warm edge. Avoid sustained temperatures above 77 °F.
pH: 6–7.5 · GH: 2–10 dGH. Scientific interpretation and source provenance remain under review.
Adult-size ruler
Full track = 36 in tank length. Bars use true proportions; this is not a swimming-space or stocking requirement.
Recorded sizes may vary; species-specific evidence quality and husbandry assumptions require review.
Flow, behavior, and uncertainty
A water-current preference is not automatically a minimum requirement. TankMatcher separates engine verdicts, reviewed conditional guidance, and items still marked for science review.
GREEN: no rule flagged a conflict; YELLOW: conditions need inspection; RED: the current engine flags a serious conflict; REVIEW PENDING: a specific scientific interpretation is still under review.
